b) Price and Payment

If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund to your account.
We accept all major credit or debit cards like (visa, master card, american express, dbbl nexus card.), Bkash, Rocket, Nagad, online bank transfer and cash on delivery. International customer's can payment us through debit or credit card, online bank transfer, western union, money gram etc. For international payment you must pay through your own credit or debit card and in any time need to be provide your identity for verify your payment.

the right to withdraw or remove or edit any products from this site at any
time. We also reserve the right to unavailable any product from this site at
any time. If we discover unavailable of any product
which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give
you the option of replacing similar product or canceling it. If we are unable
to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have
already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund to your account.
d) Return & Refunds
You can return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and refund value of the return products to customer payment source within 10 days .
e) Refusal of Order
Kintaini.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order made by you. We will make our best efforts to always process all orders but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time. If we cancel your order and you have already made payment for your order, your payment will be fully refunded to you through original payment source.
f) Coverage
Area & Delivery
At preset we are
providing our home delivery service only in Sylhet City. But
you can order for delivery in Sylhet city from any part of the country or even
from outside the country.
Our standard delivery
time is 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. We usually deliver within 2 hours of receiving the order depending on the order quantity. But some time due to natural calamities, strikes,
traffic jam delivery may be delayed.
